This is a wonderful way to help me quit drinking soda. I tried to quit with just drinking water and I didn't have to much luck . With this infusing pitcher I have had much more success. . I have had dark spots, acne spots and age spots on my face for some time now . This fitness tracker is a great tracker . It does so many different things . It monitors my heart rate , tracks my steps, and it also lets me know when I have in coming calls .
