I've been using julienne and vegetable peeler. This is such a fabulous product . I us it to peel all my veggies. It is such high quality. It's stainless Steel and has a black handle. It peels potatoes or what ever your peeling. It just glides down so smoothly. It also has a julienne blade. It is perfection as well , just like the peeler blade it just glides right down as well.
