This is really great mouth and teeth spray. It comes in Cranberry or mint. I got cranberry and it's not to bad. All I have to do is just spray in my mouth. It helps freshen breathe. It helps whiten your teeth, Help sensitive teeth and gums, make teeth stronger and basicly just help the over all health of your teeth and gums. I've been using for two weeks and I've seen a few changes. I have sensitive teeth and gums , try are starting not to be as sensitive. Also I have really bad breathe some times , it has helped me with that .
