When we first got it , we had to charge it download the app. We were then ready to fly . It is really easy to fly and it has a no crash mode on it , that's going to keep us from crashing . Also it had a alert that lets us know when the battery is getting low , then I just fly it back to me. It also has a setting to where I could just hit one button and it comes  right back to me. This one toy has really made my family do something together and have so much fun together .
