This is a wonderful way to help me quit drinking soda. I tried to quit with just drinking water and I didn't have to much luck . With this infusing pitcher I have had much more success. . I got a ebook of different recipes . It has a lot of amazing recipes. All I do is put my fruit , vegetables, herbs or whatever I want in the infuser . Then I can add my water , tea or whatever . These recipes are wonderful replacements for soda . I save a lot of calories and sugar . I'm so in love with my new infuser. It is Shatter proof acrylic so if I drop it , it isn't going to break.
