I got my new Ftosty Pillow Gel Mat. I love it so much. It has a cover to go over it, so I can just lay on it alone. I also put it in my pillow sometimes.  It keeps me cool all night. It helps me with my headaches, it helps with my hot flashes. It has a gel inside of it that just stays cool all the time. It really helps me the most when I have hot flashes. Before this pillow , I could not find anything that would help my hotflahes. Now that I have this it helps so much . Sometimes I put my in the freezer for a little bit.
