I got this new cushion wrist rest for my keyboard. It has helped my wrist and my arms so much. Before getting my wrist rest I would have to take breaks , shake my wrists and my arms out because they would ache and cramp so bad from not having nothing to rest on. This rest is so soft and cushiony . I just love it . I can type anything straight through and not have to worry about taking breaks, shaking my wrists and arms out because they both are resting on my new wrist rest the whole time I'm typing.
