I've been using PhatMat Silicon baking mats and grilling mat. I love these Mats . You just lay the mat on your pan, then after that you just put whatever on your baking sheet and bake it. Whatever you put on this Mat it will not stick . These Mats are FDA approved and BPA free. I have baked everything with these Mats and they are just amazing.
